The Bug Barrier® industrial mesh bug screen by Gateway Industrial Products, Inc. is now available to order from North Shore Commercial Door. The Bug Barrier® creates a barrier against birds, insects, pests, and other airborne contaminants while promoting the flow of air for a comfortable environment. The Bug Barrier® is ideal for food processing, beverage, manufacturing and packaging facilities. It is easily installed on dock doors, warehouse openings and dumpster areas inside and outside of the building. The Bug Barrier® screen can even help your facility comply with FDA/AIB requirements.  The Bug Barrier® 122BBAW1212 is an Automatic Roll-Up Door Model operated by an in-tube motor rated at 4 amps, single phase, and 120V. The motor is activated by constant contact switch supplied with the door. Operating speed is approximately 12 in per second, 25 max cycles per day. Perfect for openings with low to medium traffic flow. Wall Mount that is 12′ W x 12′ H. Fiberglass wind bars reinforced in yellow safety vinyl. 4 in wide and 4 in deep Snaptite aluminum tracks. The color is green with yellow safety stripes. A tighter seal is achieved with grey vinyl weather stripping angled inside the tracks. The Bug Barrier® 122BBAW1212 also incorporates a reset system/breakaway feature. An interlocking brush seal at the top of the tracks is designed to automatically reset the curtain back into the guides if it is forced out of the tracks by accidental impact. Fiberglass wind bars remain flexible enough to pop out on impact to prevent breakage. 17 x 11 ends/in² Weave Mesh material is a .025 in diameter vinyl coated polyester yarn that allows up to 35% airflow. Add an additional layer of protection while shipping or receiving with Rodent and pest defenses with built in stainless steel fibers. IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT LEAD TIME Lead time varies.
